11 Sep 2007:  CAP and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory enter into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA).

CAP and LLNL have executed a CRADA for the commercialization of Capacitive Deionization technology for use with CAP's O3CD Water Treatment System. The agreement allows CAP to seek the latest generation CD technology on an exclusive basis.

11 Dec 2006:  CAP and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) enter into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA).

CAP is currently under contract to commercialize a plasma technology which will address a wide variety of applications from water treatment to waste processing. As a final outcome of the contract, CAP is required to establish two mass production facilities, one in the US and one in Europe, to economically manufacture this unique technology.
